3.Why does your website have so many steering wheel designs to choose from?
Our website showcases a collection of custom steering wheels that we have previously made for our customers. In fact, many of our completed projects are not even listed online.
We display a wide variety of designs to help inspire customers and provide ideas if you're unsure which style, material, or color combination to choose.
Every steering wheel on our website can still be customized to your preferences. You can choose from options such as:

4.I can't find my vehicle make or model on your website. Can you still make a steering wheel for my car?
Yes, in many cases we can.
Our website currently features the most popular vehicle makes and models, but we are able to build custom steering wheels for many other vehicles as well. Some less common or lower-volume models may not be listed on our website.
If you can't find a product that matches your vehicle, please send us a message via Instagram (@carbonise.nz), our website chat, or email us at carbonise.nz@gmail.com. Include your vehicle make, model, year, and a photo of your current steering wheel if possible.

5,When will I receive my order?
Our standard production time is approximately 2–3 weeks, depending on current order volume and seasonal demand. Once your steering wheel is completed, we will send you detailed photos for approval. After you confirm everything looks perfect, we will perform a final quality inspection and functionality test before carefully packaging and shipping your order.
Shipping typically takes 6–10 business days after dispatch, depending on your location and local customs processing. You will receive tracking information as soon as your order has been shipped.
6.Is this steering wheel compatible with my vehicle?
We carefully verify every order to ensure the steering wheel is compatible with your vehicle.
To help us confirm fitment, please provide your exact vehicle model and upload a photo of your current steering wheel when placing your order.
If we identify any fitment issues or notice that you've selected the wrong version, our team will contact you immediately to confirm the details and recommend the correct steering wheel before production begins.
This ensures a perfect fit and a hassle-free installation experience
